Yes. Your lifetime tier stays, and a monthly or yearly Plan adds its limits and credits on top of it.
Is this the same product as the monthly plans?
Yes. Same app, same features. Your tier sets how many Agents, seats, and monthly credits you get.
What does a credit pay for?
Credits pay for the AI work your Agent does. Across our customers, one AI reply uses 1.6 credits on average, so 1,000 credits is about 640 replies. Replies a person sends from the Shared Inbox use no credits. $1 buys 100 more credits.
What if Communicate shuts down or changes the deal?
The limits of the tier you buy are written into the deal terms, and they are the limits you keep. You can export your Workspace data at any time, so your conversations and knowledge are never locked in. Communicate is run by TinyCheque, Inc., a US company that publishes its full Terms, Privacy, and Security policies.
How long does setup take?
