Account Activation opens the Workspace and lets you test the product with your own sources and customer questions before choosing a recurring Plan.

## Plans and billing

Paid Plans define visible allowances for credits, Members, Agents, and capabilities. A Billing Offer is the monthly or annual version of a Plan, with its price and Billing Period shown before purchase.

- Plan credits expire when their Billing Period ends.
- Upgrades can take effect immediately with a prorated incremental allowance.
- Downgrades and interval changes begin after the current Billing Period.
- Cancellation stops renewal and keeps paid access through the current Billing Period.
- There is no per-seat charge or per-resolution fee; usage is credit-based within the selected Plan.
