We use essential cookies to run the product, first-party analytics to improve it, and optional Meta marketing measurement only if you allow it. Meta may use the events we send to measure and improve our advertising.

The cookies we set fall into three groups:

• Essential cookies, which are required for core features such as signing in, keeping your session active, protecting forms against cross-site request forgery, and remembering which organization workspace you are viewing.
• Analytics cookies, which help us count visits and understand which pages and features are used, using our own lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics.
• Optional marketing cookies used by Meta Pixel after you allow marketing measurement.
• Payment processor cookies set when you visit a hosted payment or checkout page.

Essential cookies are necessary for the website and application to function. They enable core features such as authentication, security, and remembering your active workspace. Because these cookies are required for the service to work, they cannot be switched off from within the product. These cookies do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising. They exist solely to make the product secure and usable.

We use a first-party analytics cookie to understand how people use Communicate so we can improve it. This is our own lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics. It helps us answer questions such as which pages are visited and which features are used, in aggregate. It is set by our own domain and is not shared with an advertising network.

Our first-party product analytics is separate from optional Meta marketing measurement. To opt out of first-party analytics, contact us using the details below.

If you select Allow, Communicate loads Meta Pixel on communicate.so and app.communicate.so. We send page visits and selected signup, agent-creation, checkout, and verified-purchase events to Meta to measure and improve our ads. Meta can associate those events with information it already has. We do not load the Pixel or send these events before you allow it. Declining or withdrawing consent stops measuring new visits and actions. A checkout started while consent was granted may still produce a purchase event after payment succeeds.

Dodo Payments may set cookies on its hosted payment or checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by Dodo Payments. They are not set by browsing Communicate’s other pages.

Use the Marketing measurement choices controls below at any time to allow or decline Meta marketing measurement. The same choice applies on communicate.so and app.communicate.so. Most browsers also let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings.

To opt out of our first-party analytics specifically, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Analytics Opt-Out" and we will exclude you from analytics collection.

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting or a global privacy signal. Optional Meta measurement stays off until you actively select Allow in the Marketing measurement choices below.

If you want to be removed from our separate first-party analytics, email us using the opt-out address above.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in our practices, or in legal requirements. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically so you stay informed about how we use cookies. Your continued use of Communicate after an update means you accept the revised policy.
