You choose what it may read and when it should bring in a person. Your team can review the customer thread, fix the help content, and improve the next answer. You should still test difficult questions before turning it on.

How is my data handled?

Stored data is encrypted. You can export or fully delete your account when needed. You can also protect sign in with an extra code. Communicate does not sell your data or customer messages. We do not claim certificates we do not hold.

Can the assistant match our brand and rules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose its name, voice, instructions, approved tasks, and the questions that should go to a person. You can also match website chat to your product.

What does it cost, and what happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Pay $1 once to open your account and receive 100 credits for testing answers. This does not start an automatic subscription. If you later choose a paid subscription, canceling stops the next charge. Access and unused subscription credits continue until the paid period ends. We do not offer voluntary or partial refunds.
